Statement of Duties: The Clerk will support in a variety of clerical duties requiring a degree of decision-making and knowledge of functions of the main office. Keep ongoing school/student records in x2 Prepare forms and other documents. Process correspondence related to student discipline/attendance. Prepare requisitions and keep financial records as needed.
Manage all incoming communications (email, telephone, letters) as needed. Student Registration Hold as confidential, all aspects of the job designated confidential by the supervisor.*Other related duties as assigned by supervisorDirect line of Authority: Building Principal
