Provide operational support and resource coordination for 200+ Grossman School of Business (GSB) events annually, including all degree and non-degree related events, speakers, workshops, professional panels, conferences, student case competitions, award ceremonies, commencements, orientations and other relevant activities. Assist with event registrations, space reservations, catering, and scheduling. Coordinate technical, AV, photography/video support for the events (virtual and in-person). In collaboration with GSB communications team design events posters, signage and promotional brochures using graphic design platforms. Assist GSB staff, faculty, students, and guests with travel logistics. Prepare and assist with correspondence, publications, project reports and expense management related to events. Provide consistent delivery of high-quality customer service standards. Ensure overall facility safety, security, and compliance with University standards and regulatory guidelines as they pertain to events.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree with one to three years of related experience. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions and graphic design platforms. Familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required. Organizational, time management, and analytical skills required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
