Serves as a liaison between guests, staff, and patients to respond to patient information inquiries.
Work Schedule: Part-Time Evenings
Greets all guests and provides information, directions, or instructions based on guests' needs.
Maintains and regularly updates patient information. Routes or responses to general inquiries for information or directions.
Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming telephone inquiries.
Receives and processes visitors' suggestions and complaints.
Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
Minimum Experience: 1 year of hospitality experience
The pay range for this position is $19.10 – $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
