4-hour shifts available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Packing with Care – People safety and product safety are of top priority! You will be preparing our finished product in accordance with prescribed procedures while producing high-quality packing of finished goods.
Following Good Manufacturing Practices – You will be working in our production and warehouse areas where you may use hand jacks, pallet jacks, and other equipment. You will be responsible for complying with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Troubleshooting skills – Do you have an eye for improving processes? You will learn several roles within our production and warehouse area. We want you to bring your view to help identify new ways of working.
Creating Connections – It’s about teamwork! You will be working with others, establishing strong working relationships and sharing knowledge with one other. Let’s have some fun while we’re at it!
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
Successful in building relationships and working in a team environment
Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
High School diploma or GED
Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry or other related position
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A sense of humor and love for Special K and other Kellogg meal bars!
