Independence Park Imaging is looking for a full-time Office Specialist! As an Office Specialist, you will man the front office, register patients, verify referring provider eligibility, navigate payer resources for authorization info/patient financial responsibility, obtain authorizations, collect payments, schedule appointments, manage release of information, and manage phone calls.

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: One year of customer service experience, medical environment involving patient registration and application of health plan benefits preferred.
HOURS:
Full-time, day shift, occasional Saturdays.
