The Guest Door Greeter is responsible for greeting all patients, customers, vendors and etc. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service to all patients and guests entering/exiting the hospital facility. Must be responsible for assisting patients to insure they get to their correct location(s) and monitoring the waiting room to insure the patient(s) are attended to in a timely manner. Must also be responsible for managing and following Hospital protocols to insure the safety of all teammates and guests.
High school graduate or equivalent required.
Prior Customer Service experience in a Business or Healthcare preferred. Bi-lingual language skills are a plus.
