WSSC Water is committed to providing high quality water and wastewater services to its customers and the community. This position plays a key role in supporting the Commission by being responsive to customers, generating revenue, and influencing WSSC Water’s reputation and the furtherance of the “world class” mission.
Under direct supervision of a Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Advisor is the primary voice of WSSC Water customer service. This position is responsible for responding to all non-emergency customer inquiries regarding water and sewer, including: complaints, service requests and accounts.
For non-emergency services CSAs responsibilities include: resolving basic to fairly complex transactions; scheduling turn-ons; and processing payments.
