Are you passionate about unleashing innovation to transform organizations? Have you developed upskilling and learning opportunities for a military or government organization? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of servicemembers and other public sector professionals through learning and development initiatives?
Amazon Web Services’ Worldwide Public Sector team is seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced Project Coordinator to manage the full customer experience lifecycle for active-duty defense and government civilian employees participating in upskilling programs.
This Project Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience in the Amazon BRIDGE Program (Broadening Research and Innovation for Defense and Government Employees). BRIDGE provides fellowship programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, workshops, events, and other training experiences that will facilitate innovation, enhance capabilities, and sharpen competitive edge through the individual development of each participant. Participants learn industry best practices within Amazon for any time period between 1 day and 1 year, then return to their military or government organization to apply what they learned. The Customer Experience Project Coordinator should be a passionate advocate for the military and national security community at large.
The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills, strong professional communication (written and verbal), a knack for well-designed experiences, vigilant attention to detail, knowledge of the military and government community, and hands-on experience with learning, development, or training programs. The Project Coordinator should be a self-starter with the ability to tackle ambiguity and operate autonomously while working backwards from the customer’s upskilling needs.
The Project Coordinator will have long-term growth opportunities and upward mobility within the BRIDGE Program to lead new initiatives and launch additional upskilling efforts as the program continues to scale. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Amazon and work on something you’re passionate about as you serve the military and government communities.
As the Customer Experience Project Coordinator, you must be able to identify, develop, integrate and simplify innovative solutions on behalf of our customers, along with our business partners across Amazon. In this role, you will empower active-duty servicemembers and civilians in defense and other government organizations to learn industry best practices and enhance capabilities through modernization and organizational transformation.
