PHSS is seeking additional Contact Tracers to work with and support our COVID-19 response. The Contact Tracers work in a team setting to investigate and follow-up reported contacts of COVID-19 cases in our community. This includes but is not limited to entering contact information into a database, providing guidance, education, and follow-up to contacts and working with the case management staff to ensure contacts have necessary resources.
These positions will support Thurston County PHSS's COVID-19 response working with our Investigation and Contact Tracing Team, leading the effort to investigate and track COVID-19 infections in our community. The ability to properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and to maintain situational awareness will be crucial to the safety and success in these roles.
NOTE: Position duties and work locations may be reassigned based on current business needs.

Graduation from High School or GED
Bachelor's degree in closely aligned field; related experience may substitute for education.
May require a current Washington State Driver's License or have requested and obtained an appropriate accommodation
