Under the direction of the Workforce Services Supervisor, the Child Care Specialist conducts client intake interviews to explain and answer client questions concerning the child care program, to gather and obtain information concerning eligibility, to make eligibility determinations, and to explain billing/payment processes. The Child Care Specialist provides other case management activities to include coordinating assistance with other counties, to make client referrals, to document and maintain all client records/actions, and to make ongoing eligibility determinations, as required.
Telework option is available for this position upon completion of training and approval by supervisor.
