Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports to the Human Resource Manager. Answers the company switchboard. Greets and directs visitors and applicants in the lobby area. Responsible for data entry. This is a part time position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures
Good typing and data entry skills
Good working knowledge of basic computer programs
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and Dependable
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Work Environment:
Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
Physical Requirements
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
